Our Story
In 1976, Sue Swint embarked on a business venture that would yield her many friends and a respect few business women in Bowie have obtained. In 1994, her son Josh Swint joined her in the Real Estate business. From there they have built their real estate business into Bowie’s most successful real estate office. Their services include assisting their clients buy and sell real estate, as well as, offering a free market evaluation for properties to help customers determine their options.

We buy land, cattle, homes, equipment, antiques, and furniture. We can close quickly and in many instances we will even pay the closing cost.
